Maybe it’s missing breakfast because seriously who has time for that? And trying to eat “healthy” is gross or it just tastes like it’s always missing something like a “sol”. These are some of the most common things I here when it comes to learning someone’s eating habits. Believe it or not, none of them are wrong. Food doesn’t just fuel the physical but also the mental and emotional and trust me when I say feeding all of them are just as important as just eating to stay alive.
